We have over 30 years of manufacturing experience, 8 worldwide offices and 4 factories in Bangladesh, Vietnam and India. Leading apparel brands worldwide choose Tex as their preferred fastening devices manufacturer, especially for their Bangladesh and Vietnam production.

Over 80% of our manufactured products are used by European & American brands. Tex supplies fasteners to apparel factories in Vietnam, Bangladesh, India, Kenya, Ethiopia, Indonesia, Madagascar, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Singapore, Spain, Greece, UK, Belgium, Germany, Egypt, Netherlands, UAE, Hong Kong SAR and many other countries.

  1. Inception of TEX Tex began its journey with start of its first manufacturing facility at Gurgaon, India.

  2. Exports Started Exports to Spain, Greece, Singapore, UK, Italy and Belgium started.

  3. Albert Zips, Belgium Technical & Financial Collaboration with Albert Zips, Belgium.

  4. Product line expanded Started production of metal zippers and invisible knitted zippers.

  5. Socially Responsible Co-founded IIMPACT, an inspiring initiative to educate girl child from socially backward families.

  6. Plastic Moulded Zippers Launched Plastic Moulded zippers Plastic-3 and Plastic-5.

  7. Renewable Energy Invested in renewable energy and took ownership of windmills in parts of India where there is an abundance of wind energy.

  8. Fire Retardant Zippers Started manufacturing Fire Retardant Zippers.

  9. Overseas Manufacturing Overseas manufacturing starts at Bangladesh.

  10. Super Premium Zippers Tex launches new range of super premium zippers for the luxury segment called t+.

  11. Centralized Design Cell + First Metal Trims Factory Centralized design cell set up in Tex Gurgaon & metal trims factory set up in Tex Bangladesh.

  12. Invested in Solar Panels + Vietnam Zipper Factory Solar panels installed in India & zipper manufacturing facility set up in Vietnam.

  13. DN+ zippers Launched a new range of DN+ zippers for denims and bottoms.

  14. Rebranding Tex rebrands itself to reflect its three success pillars - Design, Quality & Speed.

  15. Zero Liquid Discharge System Introduced Zero liquid discharge system set up in India.

  16. Geo Finishes Introduced Started supplying geo finishes in metal trims in Bangladesh.

  17. Zippers manufactured and supplied for PPE suits Manufactured zippers for PPE suits in India for health care workers during Covid19.

  18. Organic Cotton Zippers Started supplying organic cotton zippers from India.

  19. Global Supply Chain for Recycling Set up a global supply chain for recycling/processing metal to make sustainable buttons and zippers.
