WATER
Consumption
Today, the world’s garment-producing regions are facing a water scarcity issue, highlighting the urgency to adopt conscientious and sustainable practices in garment production.
We implement rainwater harvesting and Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) technologies to reduce our water footprint significantly. ZLD treats wastewater to a high standard, allowing us to recover and reuse approximately 85% of the water within our production cycle. The remaining 15% is evaporated through a controlled process.
Moreover, our carefully developed HED Zippers have saved over 600 liters of water. These zippers, available in specific colors, undergo a minimized water manufacturing process, making them a sustainable choice.
RECYCLED
PET INITIATIVES
Used and discarded PET Bottles rank among the leading contributors to plastic pollution. These non-biodegradable containers find their way into landfills and oceans, contaminating our precious land resources.
TEX’s Re-Engineered (R.E.) Zippers, crafted from recycled PET Bottles not only match the appearance and functionality of regular zippers but also positively impact the environment.
By opting for R.E. Zippers, you save→ 2,815 of PET bottles from ending up in landfills or oceans.
